To Lead Or To be Lead?
They say to be agood leader you have to be a good follower huh?Well this is funny because earlier in the week (Tuedsay,if my memory serves me right) I was watchn a Movie(Yes that is what I call it,actually, to be specific it was very comical movie).
Allow me to briefly explain about the movie.The movie lasted for more
than 9hrs.It was about these group of very well educated guyz in a
far-away land whole were stranded and needed to choose one of them to
talk for them,represent them....lets call him a SPEAKER.
Now the learned fellows themselves were sent by their poeple to choose
a this so called SPEAKER.But what was to follow can only be described in one single word;EMBARRASSING.
As they tried to elect one of them,they tore each othe apart with
sensless questions and displaying alot of stupidity.I was hard to imajin that it was the same fellows who had literaly PLEADED to their poeple to let then represent them.
...I could go on and on about the movie but I think you also remember it huh?
I think it was Robert K. Greenleaf who said that, The only test of leadership is that somebody follows.
